In-game Rules
Rule 1 | RDM;
RDM is Random death match, this is not tolerated in this server. If you do however, you may be warned, if not kicked.
Rule 2 | FRP;
FRP is Fail roleplay, that means that whenever you do something unrealistic you may receive a warning.
Rule 3 | VDM;
VDM is vehicle death match, this is when you are intentionally hitting someone with your car. This is not allowed and will result in a warning.
Rule 4 | NLR;
NLR is new life rule, this is when you die so you forget your previous memory and essentially restart your life. If you break this, it will result in a warning.
Rule 5 | Fear Roleplay;
Fear roleplay is when you are being held at gun point you have to act like you are in fear, so you would not pull out a weapon. If you break this, it will result in a warning.
Rule 6 | Safe zones;
Safe zones are areas were you may not kill; Civilian Spawn, Police/Sheriff Spawn points, Fire Station.
Rule 7 | Event Roleplays;
Event roleplays are when you are planning to do a large roleplay, make sure to get permission from a Admin+.
Rule 8 | Crashes;
Crashes are when you crash, make sure to roleplay it at all times. If you crash into a pole you must roleplay it, if you crash into someone and you both agree to void then you can void it, otherwise you must still roleplay it. If you do not roleplay it, you may be warned for FRP.
Rule 9 | Evading Staff;
Staff evasion is when you are trying to get away from staff/evading them. Staff always have their cruise lights on, so if they are behind you, you need to pull over. Failing to do this may result in a waring or kick.
Rule 10 | Full Killing;
Full Killing is allowed as long as EMS is on, if not, it is not allowed.
Rule 11 | Unrealistic Avatar;
Make sure to not have wings animations swords horns antlers or anything like that when you are roleplaying.
Rule 12 | Cop Baiting;
Cop baiting is when you are intestinally trying to get the cops attention. Failure to comply may result in a waring or kick.
Rule 13 | Banned Guns;
The banned guns are the M249 and the Remington MSR. If you use any of these you may get a warning. Or gamepass guns.
Rule 14 | Cuffing;
Cuffing is just saying -cuffs- before cuffing someone, failure to comply may result in a warning.
Rule 15 | Do not auto arrest;
Auto arresting is when you press the jail button while you are not at the jail, failure to comply will result in a warning.
Rule 17 | No exotics at all;
Exotics are not allowed for anyone but server boosters. They is the Chevlon Corbeta TZ, Silhouette Carbon, Strugatti Ettore, and the Falcon Heritage. If you are caught using one while not a server booster, it will result in a warning.
Rule 18 | No Rank Impersonation;
Rank impersonation is when you are impersonating a different rank, this will result in getting wanted.
Rule 19 | No Mini Modding;
Mini modding is when you are telling people what to do while not being a mod. This will result in a warning.
Rule 20 | Do not be disrespectful or rude to staff;
This is when you are saying things or being rude to a staff member. This can result in a kick or ban depending on the things you say!
Rule 21 | Do not tow staff cars;
This is when you are physically towing a staff car with the tow truck. Anyone who attempts to tow a staff car will be removed from the game for impeding the staffs duties.
Discord Rules
1 | No Racism or Hate Speech
Saying racist or hateful comments in text and voice channels will not be tolerated. Even if you are joking, the other person may find it offensive.

2 | Respect all Staff Members
It is a part of the staff teams role to keep this Discord server running and to prevent any conflicts from arising. If you have an issue with a staff member message an Senior Moderator+ to look into the case.
This can lead up to a warning+
3 | Respect All Players
Don't be disrespectful or start arguments with other members.
This can lead up to a verbal warning+
4 | No Harassment, Sexual Harassment, or Bullying
If we find out that there was harassment in DMs, there will still be punishments in the Discord server. All forms of bullying and harassment are unacceptable.
This can lead up to a ban
5 | Don't Impersonate Staff, Players or First Responders
Don't impersonate anyone at any time, even if it's intended to be a joke.
This can lead up to a kick or ban
6 | No Advertising
No advertisement of any kind. This includes but is not limited to Game Servers, Discord Server, YouTube/Twitch Channels, or anything you're affiliated with. Advertising through private messages will also result in a ban.
This can lead up to a warning or a ban
7 | English Only in Chat
Although this discord server is extremely diverse and has many different languages, keep it to only English in the voice and text channels so that we can all understand each other. Unless channel states otherwise

8 | No NSFW Images, Links, or Emoji
No 'Not Safe For Work' Images or links, this includes: Nudity, Porn, Gore, etc. Using emoji to create an NSFW or inappropriate message or reaction is also not allowed.
This can lead up to a ban
9 | No Offensive or Inappropriate Names/Nicknames
This includes inappropriate or disrespectful words and abbreviations.
This can lead up to a kick or ban
10 | Use the Chats for Their Intended Purpose
Please familiarize yourself with the chats and make sure to use the correct channel for the topic you are talking about.
This can lead up to verbal warning or warning
11 | No random Pinging
Please DO NOT ping HELIX, staff, or any other member in the server. IN A EMERGENCY, you are able to ping a staff member. If found pinging without reason, you shall be punished harshly.
This can lead up to a verbal warning or warning
12 | No alt accounts or Bypassing punishments
Please do not have any alt accounts or bypassing any punishments. This will result in IMMEDIATE PERMANENT BAN.
This can lead up to a kick or ban
13 | No Mini Modding
Mini modding can get you a warning in our server, so please do not do it! Leave it to the real staff members.
14 | You cannot mute staff
Even if a staff makes you mad, you may not mute them.
15 | No Swearing
You may not swear in a public vc, nor in any chats.
16 | Follow Discord TOS
